This Saturday we will be having a church work day from 8:30-noon. Winter has given way to Spring, so it's time to once again clean up the church grounds and spruce up the landscaping. Pizza will be provided at the conclusion. Please come out and help us make our church look more inviting. Many hands make light work!
On Sunday May 3rd, Missionary Honore Afolabi will be special speaker for all services. His wife and children will also be with us. After graduating from Bible Baptist College in Minnesota, he went on to attend seminary in Landsdale, Pa. where he met his wife, Kim. Honoré and Kim, along with their three children, are eager to serve the Lord and spread the teachings of the gospel in Honoré’s home country of Togo.
On May 24th immediately following the Morning Worship Service we will be celebrating the Lord's Supper. This service will be followed by a pot-luck dinner in the Fellowship Hall. More info to come, as we get closer to the date.
Summer schedule begins on Sunday, June 7th. During the months of June, July & August, Morning Worship will begin at 10:30 AM. There will be no ABF (Adult Bible Fellowship) or Sunday School classes during those months. Jr. Church is also on hiatus until September, however there will be nursery for infants - age 4. Please make note on your calendars about the time change.
The foundations course is offered during the Summer months on Sunday mornings from 9:30-10:15. The first session will be June 7th. Please sign up if interested or see Pastor Jeff for more information.
You are invited to a musical celebration, "At The Cross" - a program of songs selected in celebration of the glorious resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. It will be followed by a Gospel - centered sermon. The service will begin at 11:00 AM. Nursery is provided for infants - age 4.
There will be no Adult Bible Fellowship or Sunday School classes on Easter Sunday. Morning Worship will begin at the regular time, 11:00 AM.
We will gather on the front lawn of the church at 6:30 for a short time of worship. This will be followed by a time of fellowship in the kitchen. Coffee and bagels will be served.
